1. Cut potatoes into bite-sized pieces. Then deep fry them. 2. Cut mozzarella cheese into sticks. 3. Cut hot dogs in half, and pierce them with wooden skewers. 4. Dip the hot dogs in pancake batter, followed by panko breadcrumbs, and fry them in hot oil. Set them aside on the wire rack to drain excess oil. 5. After removing the fried hot dogs, attach the potatoes and mozzarella cheese to the skewers. 6. Drizzle ketchup and mustard over the dish before serving.
