1. Scoop ice cream into balls and freeze for at least 30 minutes. 2. Crush cornflakes into crumbs. 3. Roll frozen ice cream balls in crushed cornflakes. 4. Beat an egg in a bowl. 5. Dip cornflake-covered ice cream balls in the beaten egg. 6. Roll the ice cream balls in crushed cornflakes again. 7. Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot. 8. Carefully drop ice cream balls into hot oil and fry for a few seconds until golden brown. 9. Remove fried ice cream balls and place them on a plate. 10. Drizzle with chocolate syrup. 11. Top with a fresh strawberry.
