1. Separate egg yolks from egg whites. Beat egg whites and sugar to stiff peaks. Add egg yolks, flour and milk and stir. Pipe the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, sprinkle with sugar and bake at 180°C for 12 minutes. 2. Mix egg yolks with sugar over simmering water. Set aside to cool. Whisk cream cheese. Whisk heavy cream. Add whipped heavy cream and mascarpone to the egg yolk mixture. 3. Make coffee. Soak ladyfingers in coffee very briefly. Layer ladyfingers, cream and cocoa powder. Repeat layers, ending with cocoa powder. Refrigerate at least for 4 hours.
