1. Caramelize sliced onions in a pan with oil and salt. 2. Air fry bacon until crispy. 3. Poach an egg. 4. Shape ground beef into balls and smash them on a hot pan. 5. Season the beef patties with salt. 6. Flip the patties and top with cheese slices. 7. Stack the two patties together with more cheese in between and cover to melt the cheese. 8. Assemble the burger by placing lettuce, tomato, and a pinch of salt on the bottom bun. 9. Add the smashed patties, bacon, caramelized onions, and poached egg. 10. Drizzle with special sauce and top with the other bun.
