1. Boil water in a pot and add spaghetti. Cook until al dente. 2. While the spaghetti is cooking, thinly slice a red onion and mince some garlic. 3. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the sliced red onions until softened. 4. Add the minced garlic and chili flakes to the pan and cook for a minute. 5. Pour in heavy cream and stir until the sauce thickens. 6. Season with salt, pepper, and any other desired spices. 7. Drain the cooked spaghetti and add it to the pan with the sauce. Toss well to coat. 8. Serve the spaghetti on a plate, topped with grated parmesan cheese and extra chili flakes.
