cup beer
bunch dill

tbsp hot sauce

dash worcestershire sauce

Instructions
1. Wash and bake the potatoes until cooked through. 2. Once cooled slightly, slice the baked potatoes into thick wedges. 3. Season the potato wedges with salt, then briefly boil them. 4. Deep fry the boiled potato wedges in hot oil until golden brown and crispy. 5. Remove the chips from the oil, drain, and season with more salt. 6. Season the cod fillet with salt and pepper. 7. In a bowl, marinate the fish fillet with hot sauce. 8. In a separate large bowl, prepare the batter by whisking together flour, garlic powder, and baking powder. 9. Gradually pour in the beer while continuously whisking to create a smooth batter. 10. Dip the marinated fish into the batter, ensuring it is fully coated. 11. Carefully lower the battered fish into the hot oil and fry until golden brown and cooked through. 12. To make the tartar sauce, finely chop the dill and pickle. 13. In a small bowl, combine the chopped dill, pickle, mayonnaise, and fresh lemon juice. 14. Add Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper to the bowl. 15. Stir all the sauce ingredients together until well combined. 16. Serve the crispy fried fish and chips hot, with the tartar sauce for dipping.
