What you need

pinch yellow bell pepper

slice bread

slice swiss cheese

head garlic powder

tbsp butter

tsp oregano

tbsp olive oil

slice cheddar cheese
slice provolone

pinch salt

cup heavy cream

tsp paprika

pinch pepper

clove garlic clove
Instructions
1. Slice tomatoes, yellow bell pepper and onion. 2. Place them on a baking tray with peeled garlic cloves. 3. Season with salt, pepper and oregano. 4. Drizzle olive oil and roast until soft and slightly charred. 5. Once roasted, peel the garlic cloves and add all roasted vegetables to a blender. 6. Blend until smooth and creamy. 7. Transfer the blended mixture to a saucepan and simmer until slightly thick. 8. Add butter and heavy cream. Stir well. 9. Butter two slices of bread. 10. Place both slices of bread in a heated pan, buttered side down. 11. Season each slice with salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika. 12. Top one slice of bread with the desired amount of cheese slices (cheddar, swiss, provolone). 13. Place the other slice of bread on top of the cheese to make a sandwich. 14. Cook the sandwich covered over medium heat until the bread is golden and cheese is melted. 15. Flip the sandwich and cook the other side to the same golden perfection. 16. Once both sides are grilled, slice the sandwich in half. 17. Serve the grilled cheese sandwich with the tomato soup.
