1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook according to package directions until al dente. 2. While the pasta is cooking, cook the bacon in a pan over medium heat until crispy. Remove the bacon from the pan and set aside, reserving the bacon grease. 3. In a bowl, whisk together the egg yolks, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. 4. Drain the spaghetti and add it to the pan with the bacon grease. Toss to coat. 5. Remove the pan from the heat and add the egg mixture. Toss quickly to combine. The heat from the pasta will cook the eggs and create a creamy sauce. 6. Add the crispy bacon and toss again. 7. Serve immediately, garnished with extra Parmesan cheese and black pepper, if desired.
