What you need

cup red wine

slice celery

can tomato paste

pinch pepper

cup olive oil

cup butter

cup milk

pinch ground nutmeg

clove garlic clove

pinch salt

cup flour

bunch fresh thyme
Instructions
1. Dice one onion. 2. Dice celery. 3. Dice carrots. 4. Mince garlic and place it in a bowl. 5. Tie thyme with a string. 6. Season short ribs with salt, pepper and thyme. 7. Pour olive oil into a pan. 8. Sear the short ribs in the pan. 9. Add diced onion, celery, and carrots into the pan. 10. Add minced garlic. 11. Add red wine, broth and tomato paste into the pan and stir. 12. Place the short ribs and the tomato mixture into a pressure cooker. 13. Make pasta by mixing flour and eggs. 14. Knead the dough and cover with plastic wrap. 15. Shred the short ribs once cooked. 16. Add shredded short ribs into the remaining tomato mixture. 17. Make bechamel sauce by mixing butter, flour, milk, pepper, and nutmeg. 18. Roll out the pasta dough and cut into sheets. 19. Boil the pasta sheets. 20. Layer the lasagna in a baking dish, starting with pasta sheets, followed by bechamel sauce, shredded short rib mixture, and mozzarella cheese. 21. Repeat layers. 22. Cover with foil and bake. 23. Slice and serve.
