Instructions
1. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt. 2. Add water and yeast, then mix until a dough forms. 3. Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface until smooth. 4. Place the dough in a bowl, cover it, and let it rise until doubled in size. 5. Punch down the dough, shape it into a loaf, and place it in a greased loaf pan. 6. Let the loaf rise again until it has risen above the pan. 7. Bake the bread until golden brown. 8. Let the bread cool completely before slicing. 9. Take two slices of bread and use a glass or round cutter to cut a hole in the center of each. 10. Melt butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. 11. Place the bread slices in the skillet and crack an egg into each hole. 12. Cook for about 2-3 minutes, then flip and cook the other side until the egg is cooked to your preference. 13. Serve hot.
