Jesus Last Supper

What you need

cup flour

cup vegetable broth

tbsp butter

pinch pepper

tbsp sugar

cup water

tbsp olive oil

bunch fresh rosemary

cup walnut

pinch salt

tsp coriander

splash olive oil cooking spray

tsp ground cumin
Instructions
1. Dice one small red onion and then sauté it in a pan with some olive oil. 2. Add one cup of rinsed green lentils to the pan. Add 1 tsp each of cumin and coriander. Then, add two cups of vegetable broth. Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer for about 15 minutes or until tender. 3. Dice an apple and then sauté it with sugar in a saucepan until softened. Then, add the walnuts. 4. In a mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of all-purpose flour with a pinch of salt and warm water. Knead for 5 minutes until a smooth dough forms. 5. Roll out the dough, spray a pan with some cooking spray, and cook for a few minutes per side. 6. Pat the ribeye steak dry. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Then, cook in a pan with butter for a few minutes per side. Add a spring of rosemary and some red onions to the pan.
